We are ready for another great day of friends, family, food, and golf!!! We hope you can join us again this year. We truly look forward to reuniting with all of you each year. All of our programs rely on all of your generous donations. Without you we could not carry out our mission to change lives through the great sport of wrestling! New Benefactor-Same Mission
The proceeds from the Colter Classic have always gone to the Colter Abely Achievement Fund. The fund helped both the Xavier and Middletown High School wrestling programs. It supplemented both programs, allowing them both to be among the top programs in the state.
The proceeds also fully funded Camp Colter, a free week long wrestling camp for Middletown area kids. The goal for Camp Colter was to help grow the sport of wrestling, the sport that Colter loved. As Colter’s father Brian says, the “religion” of wrestling. The camp combined two of Colter’s passions, the sport of wrestling and helping kids.
Over the past year we have taken on an exciting new venture to expand the reach of these same principles.. The Overcomer Training Center (OTC) was born and made possible through the generosity of our donors, which includes the Abelys’ and fund raising efforts of the Colter Classic.
The mission of OTC is to use the sport of wrestling as a vehicle to alter the trajectory of young people’s lives. We believe that the lessons taught through wrestling and the relationships with positive role models will ultimately lead to our members’ success, on and off the mat.

Not a golfer? No problem. We need tee sponsors. We are a non-profit organization with full 501(c)3 status. Any donation or sponsorship is 100% tax-deductible.
